- Our time is structured by our parents and teachers
- Our parents and teachers will remind us f our resonsibilities and help us to manage them
- School days are Monday to Friday
- Aside from classes, we need to complete around 5 hours of study each week
- Teachers approach us if they believe we are failing behind
- Teachers frequently rearrange due dates /deadlines to us
UNIVERSITY
- We manage our own time
- We must balance our responsibilities and set our own priorities
- Class times very throughout the day
- For each hour we spend in class, we need to complete 2 to 4 hours of additional study in our own time
- If we need assistance, we should initiate contact with ou lecturer or tutor
- Lecturers schedule tests and expect us to attend regardless of commitments outside our course

- We must attend all classes so that we wont missed out something important because mostly our test questions will come from our lecturer

- We must be active in class as we should be reading over notes while highlighting key words, predicting test questions and thinking of questions to ask next class

- We must participate in class as we should be asking questions if there is something that we dont understand

1) OPERATION HOURS
- Monday until Friday : 8.30 am - 6.30 pm
- Exam week : 8.30 am - 10.50 pm

2) BORROW AND RETURN BOOKS
- Number of books for diploma students - 20 Books
- Duration : 14 days
3) STEPS TO BORROW BOOKS
- Use Online Public Access Catalog ( OPAC ) to search the name of books that you want to borrow
- Go to the shelves based on the number listed on the OPAC
- Go to the counter and ask to borrow the book
4) THE FINE WHEN NOT RETURNING THE BOOKS
- Pay RM0.20 for each book
- If the penalty is not settled, you are not allowed to make any book loans
5) MISSING BOOK
- Make a report to the counter about the missing book
- The Librarian will give you 2 weeks to find those book
- If the book not found, you must pay the fine
